Chet is a seasoned EHS executive with deep expertise across process industries, manufacturing operations, and industrial services. Over the course of his career, he has led global EHS initiatives for major industrial organizations, helping drive sustainable performance in safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Mexico, Malaysia, and Australia. He is also a published author, an active contributor to the occupational health and safety profession, and holds Certified Safety Professional and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager designations. Chet earned degrees in Economics, Safety Technology, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Marshall University.

Mehrzad is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a long track record in environmental services, pollution control, energy markets, and growth strategy. His background spans company building, product innovation, M&A, business advisory, and P&L leadership, including roles in filtration, treatment solutions, and environmental software across North America and Europe. In addition to leading and scaling businesses, he has served in multiple advisory roles supporting emerging companies and new technologies. Mehrzad studied Chemical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University and completed MBA studies at Pepperdine University.

Tom is an accomplished entrepreneur and growth-oriented CEO with extensive experience building and scaling innovative technology businesses. As founder and former CEO of SourceDay, he led the company from concept to category leader in direct procurement risk management for manufacturers, raising over $60 million in venture capital and establishing a highly trusted industry brand. His leadership experience spans product development, operations, enterprise sales, supply chain management, and fundraising. Today, Tom serves as CEO of Bryte Light, where he is driving the adoption of intelligent lighting and low-voltage infrastructure to help commercial buildings become more efficient, scalable, and sustainable.

Rudy is a global operating executive with broad leadership experience across strategy, operations, supply chain, business development, sales and marketing, and organizational growth. He has held C-suite and senior leadership roles with major international companies, managing large businesses across the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, with responsibility for substantial P&Ls and teams of up to 4,000 employees. In recent years, Rudy has worked closely with founders and growth-stage businesses to commercialize and scale their brands, while also mentoring entrepreneurs through Capital Factory and other organizations in Austin. He holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Thunderbird.

Natasha Porter is the Chief Customer Officer at Benchmark Gensuite®, with over 25 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and digital innovation. A driving force behind the development and evolution of Benchmark Gensuite’s award-winning solutions, Natasha has helped scale the platform to support over 500 companies globally. She is widely recognized for her leadership in applying AI and machine learning to advance workplace safety, risk management, and compliance. In recognition of her industry impact, Natasha was named an Environment+Energy Leader 100 Honoree in 2021 and received the ASSP President Award in 2025 for her contributions in the ASSP AI Taskforce. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S.E. from Johns Hopkins University.

Gary is an experienced EHS and ESG leader with more than 25 years of industrial practice spanning safety culture transformation, human and organizational performance, ergonomics, and occupational health. He has played a leading role in introducing HOP principles to China, combining executive EHS leadership, field coaching, and organizational performance improvement. His background includes senior roles across global industrial organizations, along with teaching, mentoring, and translating important publications in human performance and occupational health. Gary’s work reflects a rare combination of practical field leadership and executive-level capability building.

Dr. Yuye Tong is a professor and scientific leader with expertise in analytical chemistry, physical electrochemistry, spectroelectrochemistry, nanomaterials, fuel-cell electrocatalysis, clean-energy science, and rechargeable battery chemistry. He is also the founding director of an interdisciplinary master’s program in Environmental Metrology and Policy developed in partnership with organizations including EPA, NIST, NOAA, and Agilent Technologies. A Fulbright Global Scholar, Dr. Tong combines deep academic research with interdisciplinary environmental and measurement science leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and both an M.S. and B.S. in Physics from Fudan University.
